This page explains how to ask us to delete your Shelfano account and related data.

Email a deletion request

1. How to request deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@shelfano.com from the email address you registered with.
2. Use the subject "Account deletion request". The button above opens an email with the subject filled in.
3. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

2. Data we delete

- Account details: email address, name, password (hash), and login sessions
- Your user information and permissions within an organization
- Product and proof photos you uploaded
Deleting the account of an organization owner affects the whole organization’s data (deletion or ownership transfer), so we will confirm the scope with you first.

3. Data we may keep

Data we must keep by law (such as contract, payment, and dispute records, and access logs) is retained separately and destroyed when the legal retention period ends. See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Partial deletion

If you want to keep your account but delete some data, such as photos, send the request to the same address.
