Terms of Service

Section 1 (Agreement to Terms)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shelfano’s warehouse and inventory management applications across mobile, desktop, and web platforms provided by Shelfano Inc. By registering or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 2 (Description of Services)

Shelfano provides real-time warehouse inventory ledger management, barcode and QR scanning, multi-worker coordination, barcode label printing, and photographic proof attachments for small and growing warehouses.

Section 3 (Account Registration and Responsibility)

You must provide a valid email address and complete email verification to register. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Section 4 (14-Day Free Trial and Subscriptions)

1. Free Trial: Every newly created organization receives a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
2. Standard Subscription: After the free trial, continuing to write new inventory transactions requires an active monthly subscription (KRW 39,000/month or local equivalent), which includes 5 active team members, 1,000 SKUs, 5GB photo storage, and 1 warehouse.
3. Expiry and Read-Only Access: If a subscription expires or is cancelled, existing data remains securely preserved in read-only mode.

Section 5 (In-App Purchases, Auto-Renewal and Refunds)

1. In-App Billing: Subscriptions purchased via mobile apps are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store accounts.
2. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Cancellation and Refunds: You may manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple and Google refund policies.

Section 6 (Acceptable Use and Restrictions)

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer any component of the software, or store illegal or infringing content.

Section 7 (Disclaimers and Governing Law)

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
