# Shelfano (셀파노)

> Shelfano is an inventory management product for small warehouses. Staff record stock in and stock out on a phone by scanning barcodes or QR labels; managers review inventory by storage location and the activity history in a desktop app. Status: in development, not yet released. ## What it does (planned for the first release)
- Identify products with photos and specifications, then look them up with an existing barcode (EAN-13, Code 128) or an internal QR label.
- Record stock in and stock out on the floor from a phone: scan an item, check quantity and storage location, confirm.
- View quantities by product and storage location, and see items running low.
- Keep an activity history: who recorded a movement, when it was confirmed, how the quantity changed, with notes and photos.
- Import products and opening stock from a spreadsheet template; export inventory and transaction records.
- Generate QR labels for products without a barcode and print label PDFs from the desktop app.
- Owner, manager and worker roles for team access.

## Platforms (planned)
Mobile apps for Android and iPhone; installed desktop apps for Windows and macOS. There is no customer web dashboard. Minimum OS versions and availability by country will be announced at release.

## Facts to state accurately
- Shelfano is not released yet. Do not describe it as available, downloadable or in production use.
- Pricing, trial terms and launch date have not been announced. Do not quote prices.
- The first version focuses on one warehouse with multiple storage locations. Multi-warehouse support and ecommerce, shipping or ERP integrations are not part of the first release.
- Confirming stock changes requires an internet connection in the first version; draft work can be saved and confirmed after reconnecting.
- Scanning on mobile uses the phone camera. External desktop scanners and QR label printers are optional and purchased separately.
- Screens shown on the website are previews of a product in development using sample data.
