Time goes into hunting for items the spreadsheet says you have.
On busy days records slip, and the missing quantities show up later.
Seeing the photo and specs together means fewer double-checks.
You should see who changed a quantity, and why, in the history.
Less catching up. More keeping track.
Set up, scan, and see it all together.
Add photos and product details, then link
an existing barcode or an internal QR code.
Choose stock in or out, scan the item,
and check its quantity and location.
Review stock by location and check
activity on your desktop.
Bring the shelf and the spreadsheet together.
From product details to the latest movement.

Shelfano is in development. Launch updates will include availability and early access information.
We are preparing mobile apps for Android and iPhone, and desktop apps for Windows and macOS. Minimum OS versions and launch availability will be announced at release.
Planned support includes EAN-13, Code 128 and internal QR codes. Codes are linked to products you register; they do not automatically import an external product catalog.
An internet connection is required to confirm stock changes. Draft work can be saved and confirmed after reconnecting and checking the latest stock.
Pricing and trial terms will be announced before launch. Subscriptions are planned through the mobile app, with access shared across the same business’s mobile and desktop apps.
The first version will focus on one warehouse with multiple storage locations. Multi-warehouse workflows and ecommerce, shipping and ERP integrations are planned for later consideration.
